Holistic Health Education

Your body already knows
how to heal.
We teach you the language.

PNEI Certification is an evidence-based education platform dedicated to holistic health through amino acid compounds — the body's own signaling molecules. Learn the science. Understand the system. Lead your practice.

Why this matters now

Amino acid compounds — peptides — are the body's own communication system. They regulate inflammation, metabolism, cognition, immunity, and aging. Understanding them is understanding health at its most fundamental level.

The Framework

What is PNEI?

Psycho-Neuro-Endocrine-Immunology — PNEI — is the scientific framework that maps the continuous, bidirectional communication between the mind, nervous system, hormonal system, and immune system.

It is not a philosophy. It is not alternative medicine. It is the emerging consensus of modern systems biology — the recognition that the body does not operate in isolated silos, but as a single, integrated network of signaling pathways.

Amino acid compounds — peptides — are the primary language of this network. They are the signaling molecules the body uses to regulate every axis of health: inflammation, metabolism, stress response, immunity, cognition, and aging.

"The future of medicine is not more drugs. It is a deeper understanding of the body's own intelligence — and the compounds it uses to speak."

— Dr. Clarianne Jiménez, PhD · Founder, PNEI NeuroCode™

The PNEI NeuroCode™

The PNEI NeuroCode™ is a 7-axis clinical framework developed by Dr. Clarianne Jiménez that maps the body's primary regulatory systems and the amino acid compounds that influence each one.

It is the educational backbone of the PNEI Certification program — and the framework that allows practitioners to move from memorizing protocols to understanding the system.

CORE PRINCIPLE

"Every symptom is a signal. Every signal has a pathway. Every pathway has a compound."

The 7 Axes of Holistic Health

The body's health is regulated through seven interconnected physiological axes. Each axis has specific amino acid compounds that modulate its function.

AXIS 01
Neuro-Immune Axis

Governs the bidirectional signaling between the nervous system and immune cells. Inflammatory cytokines, neuropeptides, and microglial activation are regulated here. Key compounds: BPC-157, KPV, LL-37.

AXIS 02
HPA Axis

The hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis governs the stress response and cortisol regulation. Chronic activation drives systemic inflammation, immune suppression, and metabolic dysregulation. Key compounds: Selank, Semax, DSIP.

AXIS 03
Gut-Brain-Immune Axis

The enteric nervous system, intestinal barrier integrity, microbiome composition, and vagal tone form a continuous feedback loop with the brain and immune system. Key compounds: BPC-157, KPV, TB-500.

AXIS 04
Mitochondrial-Redox Axis

Cellular energy production, oxidative stress balance, and mitochondrial biogenesis. Dysfunction here underlies chronic fatigue, accelerated aging, and metabolic disease. Key compounds: MOTS-c, SS-31, GHK-Cu.

AXIS 05
HPT Axis

The hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid axis regulates metabolic rate, thermogenesis, and cellular energy utilization. Thyroid dysfunction is one of the most underdiagnosed drivers of systemic health decline. Key compounds: Thymosin Alpha-1, GHK-Cu.

AXIS 06
HPG & Hormone Detox

Sex hormone production, receptor sensitivity, and hepatic clearance pathways. Estrogen dominance, androgen decline, and impaired detoxification are addressed through this axis. Key compounds: PT-141, Kisspeptin-10, Epitalon.

AXIS 07
Epigenetic-Methylation Axis

One-carbon metabolism, DNA methylation, and gene expression regulation. This axis sits at the intersection of nutrition, environment, and aging — and is increasingly understood as the master regulator of longevity. Key compounds: Epitalon, GHK-Cu.

Amino Acid Compounds

Key Compounds in Holistic Health

These are not pharmaceutical drugs. They are the body's own signaling molecules — amino acid sequences that the body recognizes and responds to at a cellular level.

BPC-157
Body Protection Compound

A 15-amino acid sequence derived from gastric juice proteins. BPC-157 is one of the most studied compounds in tissue repair, gut healing, and systemic anti-inflammatory regulation. It modulates the neuro-immune axis and supports angiogenesis, tendon healing, and intestinal barrier integrity.

Tissue Repair Gut Health Anti-Inflammatory Axis 01 · 03
GHK-Cu
Copper Tripeptide

A naturally occurring copper-binding tripeptide (Gly-His-Lys) present in human plasma. GHK-Cu modulates over 4,000 genes according to Broad Institute research — activating tissue repair, antioxidant defense, and anti-inflammatory pathways. Plasma levels decline 75% between ages 20 and 80.

Longevity Gene Modulation Skin & Hair Axis 04 · 07
Thymosin Alpha-1
Immune Modulator

A 28-amino acid peptide naturally produced by the thymus gland. Unlike immune stimulants, Thymosin Alpha-1 is an immune modulator — it upregulates immunity when suppressed and downregulates it when overactive. Approved in 35 countries for hepatitis B/C, cancer adjunct therapy, and immune deficiency.

Immune Modulation Autoimmune Long COVID Axis 01 · 05
TB-500
Thymosin Beta-4 Fragment

The active fragment of Thymosin Beta-4, a naturally occurring protein involved in actin regulation, wound healing, and tissue repair. TB-500 promotes angiogenesis, reduces inflammation, and accelerates recovery from musculoskeletal injury. Widely used in regenerative medicine protocols.

Wound Healing Recovery Angiogenesis Axis 01 · 03
Epitalon
Telomere Regulator

A synthetic tetrapeptide (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) that stimulates telomerase activity and regulates the epigenome through the pineal gland. Epitalon has demonstrated life extension in animal studies and is one of the most studied longevity compounds in Russian gerontology research spanning 40+ years.

Longevity Telomere Health Circadian Axis 06 · 07
MOTS-c
Mitochondrial Peptide

A mitochondria-derived peptide encoded in mitochondrial DNA. MOTS-c regulates metabolic homeostasis, insulin sensitivity, and cellular stress response. It is one of the first identified mitochondria-derived peptides with systemic hormonal activity — a new class of signaling molecule.
